Wink: seriously, a powerful new tool for research on people

A fantastic people search engine Wink is the most powerful and accurate free site for locating and learning about people that I’ve seen to date. I searched for myself and found just about everything there is to know about me on the ‘Net (scary!). I did the same for MFN and got a page full of accurate results on him, too — including what he was up to in 1995 (no good, of course).

I also searched for my lawyers, and found things I didn’t know about them — articles they’ve written, politicians they’ve supported, even online litigation records.

The potential uses of Wink for the legal secretary are many: researching potential employers, finding heirs, background checking, verification of expert credentials.
